NGO India

As a previous attendee or exhibitor of a UBM India event we would like to introduce to you to an important not-for-profit initiative we are launching.
» Helping NGOs do good
UBM is proud to launch NGO India, taking place in Gurgaon, Delhi on 9-12 March 2012. This is a not-
for-profit large-scale exhibition and conference focussed on supporting the work of NGO and charity organisations in India. The key objective is to help NGOs acquire knowledge, share best practice and improve their fundraising and operational capabilities. The value of such an event to NGOs have been
well proven in similar projects organised recently by UBM in London and Brazil.

» How you can help - Sponsor an NGO
We are looking for partners to fund the travel and promotion costs of the NGO organisations involved,
in return your company will benefit from onsite and pre-show branding opportunities. There are over
one million NGOs and charities operating in India, supporting a number of important causes. Of these, approximately 70% are single-person operations, extremely small, with limited funding. The budgets
they work on are tight and we are looking for partners to ensure that NGOs, who would benefit most from attending, do not miss out.
» Partnering opportunities are flexible enough to fit most budgets
Contact Bipin Sinha by email bipin.sinha@ubm.com , or phone +91 (022) 6612 2612 to find out about
the partnering packages available. For more information you can visit the website

» Benefits of Partnering
As well as helping the worthy goals of NGOs to improve their operations, there are also other benefits
of partnering with NGO India:
Gain exposure generated by this prestigious event onsite and in the general press will be significant
Demonstrate your ‘best in class’ corporate responsibility credentials to your peers, suppliers,
competitors and customers
Motivate your own employees. The event is open to the public on Sunday and they can be
encouraged to attend and take pride in their organisation
Allign your brand with the aims and objectives of this important gathering
Share best practice in corporate responsibility,
I hope to work with you on this important ground-breaking project to support the disadvantaged and those most in need in our great country.
Warmest regards,
Sanjeev Khaira – Managing Director UBM India Pvt. Ltd.
