ISB | Srini Raju Centre for IT and the Networked Economy

Only listed companies (NSE or BSE) are eligible for this survey
The Indian School of Business, in association with InformationWeek, India, is conducting a study of the business technology management (BTM) capabilities of leading Indian firms. This is part of a worldwide effort to benchmark companies' BTM capabilities and analyze how they influence firm performance.

The results of this study will provide CIOs with guidelines to aligning their technology capabilities with their business strategy, thus ensuring better execution, risk control, and profitability of technology investments. Further, the study will provide insights into the impact of specific technology capabilities such as governance and organization of IT, IT strategy and planning, enterprise architecture and strategic investment management principles on operational and financial performance of the firm. CIOs can leverage these findings to assess and demonstrate the business value of their IT investments.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We will not indentify any individual or company in our analyses. All statistics and conclusions will be reported only in aggregate. We will also be happy to discuss appropriate NDAs with the concerned managers. Dr. Deepa Mani at the Indian School of Business is spearheading this study. Please feel free to get in touch with her with any other queries that you might have about the study.
