We have positions for Sr. Manager HR/Head for our client- a fortune listed global MNC in manufacturing domain having their large and established ODC and IT division in Pune, IndiaAbout client: Our Client is fortune 500 hundred diversified power management company with 2009 sales of $11.9 billion. It has approximately 70,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 150 countries.Role: Sr. HR Manager/HeadExperience: 10 - 12 YrsQualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent from reputed college or universityJob responsibilities:• Lead all Human Resources initiatives and processes spanning the entire employee life-cycle to• Increase employee engagement, involvement, productivity, retention and development.• Guide, support, orient and train employees and managers through the entire APEX cycle – Goals,• Development Plans, Mid-Year Reviews, Year-end Evaluations, Calibrations, etc.• Plan for Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and coach managers and teams in action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans to increase scores on all dimensions of survey.• Provide guidance to managers group regarding employee coaching, counseling and discipline. Establishing key HR processes ( HR Operating Review) for completing the EBE self assessment and certification for the organization• Reinforce Values and Philosophies to sustain a culture of inclusiveness. Reinforce• Ethics and support in Ethics investigations.• Develop salary recommendations for offers to new hires, promotions, equity adjustments and merit planning in lines with the overall Compensation and Executive Compensation • 10+ years of relevant experience as in Human Resource of which 3 to 5 years must be in a leadership position• Demonstrated positive communication and interpersonal skills and techniques to effectively interact with business leaders and senior executives• Experience of working in a matrix organization structure is highly desirable.• Knowledge of employment law coupled with practical savvy for coaching management in context of Values and Philosophies.• Ability to lead trainings and facilitations• Ability to create processes, review metrics and measure on-going effectiveness of processes for continuous improvement.• Strong ability to partner with key leadership to drive input, buy-in and deployment of key initiatives• Develop effective working relationships with wide variety of people both within and outside India.• Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills, Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.• Ability to train, Use Initiative, Professional approach• Excellent Oral & written communication Skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational skills, Attention to detail, Self-driven, Assertive nature, Logical thinker• High levels of initiative• Customer service orientated. Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility.
