My Story With Mangesh Kale
What are the ingredients for success? What makes a company grow 50% year on year? How do dreams turn to reality?

When Mangesh Kale, an engineer from Pune launched PariRobotics 1992, the idea was to provide manufacturers with automation services that would yield great efficiencies and increase profits. The company has grown from Rs 15 lakhs in ’92-‘93 to Rs. 220 Crores in ’07-’08.

PARI focuses in the field of Manufacturing Automation and is now the largest Manufacturing Automation company in India with more than 1000 installations. Its customers include Automotive, Defense, Nuclear Power, Aerospace and Engineering Goods. Some of PARI's domestic customers include Maruti-Suzuki group, Tata Fiat, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Hero Honda, Bajaj Auto, HAL, NAL, Ordinance factories.

PARI is the only exporter of robotic automation systems in India. PARI exports to European and North American countries. PARI's international customers include Caterpillar, General Motors, Chrysler, American Axle, Emerson Electric, Eaton and Tranter.

The company that began with the goal of automating most manufacturing services now employs 900 people worldwide who use their skills, strengths, might, creativity to help get more efficient and profitable.
