Professionals
tend to associate "strategy" in context of large firms
and believe start-ups are more execution focused. Do start-ups need to
spend time on developing the right strategy?
This interactive session will cover the process of identifying
strategies for start-ups. Dr. McClellan will also discuss some of the
relevant attributes of Indian entrepreneurs that he came across while
working on his new book called "Desi Entrepreneurs".
