and believe start-ups are more execution focused. Do start-ups need to
spend time on developing the right strategy?

This interactive session will cover the process of identifying
strategies for start-ups. Dr. McClellan will also discuss some of the
relevant attributes of Indian entrepreneurs that he came across while
working on his new book called "Desi Entrepreneurs".
About the speaker- 
Dr Bennett McClellan is a business scenario strategist, change catalyst, writer and executive coach with over thirty years of experience helping leaders achieve positive change. At Sunstone, he contributes to the curriculum for courses Strategy, Organization Behaviour and Communication. Bennett has worked for leading management consulting firms-McKinsey &  Co., Arthur D. Little, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, he  served as Managing Director for the west coast's Media and Entertainment strategy practice. Bennett has published multiple papers on areas related to strategy, consulting, and branding and taught courses for UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and Hong Kong. He is Ph.D. in Management, an MBA from Harvard Business School and MFA  from UCLA's School of Theatre, Film and Television.
