1.       5 to 6 Year Experience Java resource (2 positions), Position is Tech Lead

Responsibilities

             1.    Involved in analysis, design, coding, SIT, UAT and support

2.    Participation in user’s functional requirement studies

3.    Participation in efforts estimation

4.    Participate in DB Design

5.    Self-initiative to learn and explore

6.    Ensuring quality of work through QA and code review process

7.    Collaborate with other team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction

8.    Suggest the code optimization areas of the team members

9.    Architect and design application

Requirements

1.       Possess 6+ years of working experience and 2 years as technical lead

2.       Possess Bachelor degree/engineering degree in computer science or equivalent.

3.       Hands on experience on Struts 2.0, Hibernate, Core Java, Spring(Optional), MySQL or Oracle

4.       Experience/Knowledge on Test driven development will be an added advantage.

 

 
2. 3 Year Experience Java resource (2 positions), position is Java Developer

1. Experience 3+ years

2. Language - Java

3. Framework - J2EE, Struts2.0, Spring(Optional)

4. Middleware – Hibernate

5. DB – MySQL, Experience on writing Stored procedure would be added advantage

6. Conversant with Test Driven Development – Jmock/Junit
