.NET requirement
Years Experience: 3-4 Years
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.Net Web Forms, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript, WinServer2003/8, IIS, Visual Studio 2008/2010 and Source Control (Subversion or Mercurial).
Strong experience with framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0 (including ADO.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework), WCF Web Services, XML/DHTML, XPATH, XSLT,
Excellent understanding & experience of Object Oriented Programming(OOP), and use of TDD (Test-driven Development) techniques.
Experience with AJAX (Microsoft's AJAX Control Library, Telerik RAD Controls) and designing .Net Web pages using C#, VB and .Net user controls.
Prefer experience creating modern & usable "Web 2.0" UIs using AJAX, CSS and semantic HTML.
Desirable experience working on Agile projects using Scrum methodology.
Experience modelling database schemas and implementation using highly-performing stored procedures, views, functions etc using SQL Server.
Experience of MVC, Silverlight, HTML5 will be preferred.
