Goa IT innovation Centre (GITIC),is an entity established by the Goa Chamber of Commerce & industry and the Department of Industry, Trade & Commerce, Government of Goa.
The GITIC incubator is designed to accelerate the success of entrepreneurs through an array of business support resources and services which are developed and orchestrated by incubator management and offered both in the incubator and through its network of contacts. Successful completion of business GITIC's incubation program will increase the likelihood of an IT start-up company to succeed.
Goa IT innovation Centre's main aim is to foster an environment that will render successful businesses and will leave the IT entity financially viable.
Successful “graduates” who have passed out from the incubator will have the potential to create jobs, revitalize the community, market new products & services and strengthen the state and national economy.
The prestigious state-of-the-art business incubation centre of GITIC is inaugurated on 24th September, 2011 at 7:00 pm at GCCI building ,Verna, Salcette, Goa at the hands of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Goa Shri Digamber Kamat. Guest of Honour is Mr Ashank Dessai CMD of Mastek Ltd.
