1. At least should have sold for 3-4 years in US market
2. Should have sold IT product and/or services
3. Should be good at concept selling
4. Preferably an American but then any other guy who seems promising can do
sales domain : 1. BFSI, Network security, Identity protection
2. E-Learning
3. Work flow / Process Management System
4. Other ITES sector
